Therapy services are essential for mental wellness and personal growth. LaShae’ Smith, LCSW-C, provides a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings. This exploration fosters a deeper self-understanding and aids in developing coping strategies for stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges. Therapy also supports goal setting, empowering individuals to create actionable plans for change. Whether aiming to improve relationships, boost self-esteem, or navigate life transitions, therapy offers valuable tools and insights for meaningful progress toward a fulfilling life.

    Consultation

    This is a brief appointment that will be held to collect information needed to support you and confirm insurance coverage or pay options. Please have insurance information readily available in order to smoothly transition throughout this call. This is not a therapy session.

    Initial Evaluation

    The clinician gathers the client's history to better understand their issues and treatment needs. Clients are encouraged to discuss their childhood, family background, social relationships, and other factors that affect their mental and emotional health.

    Sessions 45-60min

    This session is required before engaging in any additional service.

    Full Individual Session

    Weekly individual therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore and identify areas in your life that you'd like to improve. You are encouraged to reflect on your thoughts and feelings throughout the process.

    Sessions are 45-60min

    Brief Individual Therapy

    This session is not as extensive as a full therapy session. Even still, clients are encouraged to discuss and receive support with an issue or area of concern. Clients who have had an individual session prior that week and looking to meet briefly for additional support would best benefit from this session.

    Sessions are 16-37min

    Family/Friend/Couple Session

    Clients are encouraged to examine relational challenges affecting their mental health and identify problematic behaviors and communication patterns. Family, friend, or couple therapy sessions are valuable for establishing and maintaining positive connections. These sessions can both address issues and help sustain healthy relationships.

    Sessions are 50min
